To accommodate BioChemtronica's diverse range of customers and internal teams, we started from a comprehensive discovery sprint. This initiative aimed to uncover the optimal project roadmap.

We outlined a strategic plan of action for the upcoming months, encompassing enhancements for the main website and optimal checkout process. Since BioChemtronica team work only with B2B clients, ordering process are not standard as in eCommerce industry and this require some time for UX mapping and design optimisation.
