VHub - Custom Laravel platform and client portal for the transport industry

VHub needed a platform to manage complex workflows around custom vehicle builds. We studied how manufacturers, suppliers, and clients interact during long projects, mapping their requirements into digital workflows. The key focus was ensuring transparency, efficient QA processes, and real-time updates for clients.

  The platform was designed with functionality and clarity at its core. Dashboards and forms were structured to make supplier QA, build management, and reporting efficient. For clients, a secure portal was developed to give visibility on build progress, details, and statuses.

  On the development side, we built the system using Laravel with a custom application for the client portal. Supplier QA forms, project tracking, and role-based access controls were integrated into VHub architecture. The client portal gives end-users transparency, improving trust and communication during complex projects.
