Mountadapt - WordPress website for an EU project on healthcare climate resilience
Mountadapt brings together 27 partners to strengthen health systems in European mountain regions against climate impacts. We designed and developed their official project website.

Mountadapt is co-funded by the European Union and led by HCWH Europe, aiming to build healthcare climate resilience in mountain regions. The project needed a website that could present objectives, demonstration sites, partner organisations, and resources in a structured and accessible way. Our role was to translate a complex research initiative into a clear, user-friendly platform for stakeholders and the public.

Website
The site was designed with clarity and structure at its core. We used clean layouts, bold typography, and a bright color system to present information about project objectives, partners, and demonstration sites. The design ensures readability and accessibility for a diverse audience, from researchers to public stakeholders.
On the development side, we built a WordPress-based site with modular content blocks for easy updates. Resource hubs, event listings, and partner showcases were implemented to make the platform both informative and scalable for the project’s 5+ year lifecycle.
